Last week it felt like the monsoon season had finally began. Monday afternoon for a about 45 minutes it started to rain heavily. These are pictures of St 63 - just a block away from my place, that is completely submerged. Motorbikes were breaking down as the water levels were too high, kids were swimming, etc.Its not uncommon to find people riding a moto with an umbrella :)
